FRESCO
Arched headboard on visible legs, soft on every face.
The wainscot bedroom, late morning
Classical wainscot, parquet floor
The headboard rises in a single continuous curve, the same on every visible side. The bed body sits raised on dark conical legs so the parquet or rug reads underneath. Photographed in three rooms to show how the same arched form reads in three very different lights.

A soft arched form
One headboard, one continuous curve.
Fresco's headboard rises in a single continuous arched form, the same on every visible side. There are no quilting lines, no panel divisions, no hard top edge, just a soft rounded crest that meets the bed body in one quiet line. The headboard is 30 cm deep at the back, deep enough to read as architecture in the room.
Belgian boucle, made by us
Belgian boucles, on Romanian legs.
Fresco is upholstered in Belgian-mill boucles from the same library our sofas draw from. The frame is kiln-dried plywood; the dark conical legs are steel, sized to lift the body just clear of the rug. Every Fresco carries a small Mille label sewn into the seam, the only mark on the piece.
